Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- clean and neat appearance
- good personal hygiene
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- restaurant experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- explain menu offerings and specials
- recommend seasonal menu items and suggest additional items
- remember regular guests' names and orders
- coordinate with kitchen staff for special food preparations
- ensure timely and proper delivery of orders with garnishes and sauces
- keep guests informed about order status
- execute proper placement of dishes and serving procedures
- engage guests in conversation to enhance experience
- anticipate guest needs and provide condiments, water, tea refills
- perform quality check backs and respond to requests or complaints
- present check and process payments
- assist bussers and other servers during busy periods
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining area
- perform opening and closing duties for dining room and workstations
