Job Requirements

  • High school graduate preferred
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Exhibit professional appearance and personal hygiene
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests providing them with menus and seating them appropriately
  • Assist guests with menu and beverage inquiries while relaying special requests to serving staff
  • Use menu knowledge to guide guests in selecting balanced meal options
  • Handle reservations and manage seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to assemble and present accurate takeout orders
  • Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area including opening and closing duties
  • Address guest requests or concerns promptly escalating to management when necessary
  • Assist servers with beverage delivery and table clearing
  • Perform additional supportive tasks as assigned by management
