Job Requirements
- High school graduate preferred
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- Exhibit professional appearance and personal hygiene
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests providing them with menus and seating them appropriately
- Assist guests with menu and beverage inquiries while relaying special requests to serving staff
- Use menu knowledge to guide guests in selecting balanced meal options
- Handle reservations and manage seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to assemble and present accurate takeout orders
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area including opening and closing duties
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly escalating to management when necessary
- Assist servers with beverage delivery and table clearing
- Perform additional supportive tasks as assigned by management
