Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
  • proven success in high-volume environments
  • working knowledge of p&l, labor management, and cost controls
  • ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure
  • open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage day-to-day restaurant operations across front and back of house
  • hire, train, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
  • ensure every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience
  • oversee scheduling, labor management, and inventory controls
  • maintain excellence in food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  • support initiatives that drive sales and overall business success
