Additionally, the role includes coordinating educational events to maximize participation and promote product knowledge among both staff and customers. The Full Service Leader is integral in maintaining a high standard of service delivery by addressing operational issues promptly and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, along with several years of direct sales experience, including supervisory or operational oversight experience. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a consultative sales approach, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work independently while managing a demanding travel schedule, which may include overnight and weekend commitments. The position expects the use of a personal vehicle for client visits and mandates appropriate liability coverage. Strong organizational and presentation skills are also crucial for success in this role.

This employment opportunity offers a chance to contribute significantly to a fast-paced and customer-focused company within the beauty product distribution industry. The Full Service Leader will be pivotal in shaping team dynamics and driving sales excellence, benefiting both professional growth and the overall business performance. As such, the role is suited for a motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a leadership capacity and is committed to delivering outstanding results.
