Job Description
Our establishment is a prestigious branded hotel known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through premium hospitality services. With a strong emphasis on quality and innovation, we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards across all aspects of our operations, including dining and beverage services. Our hotel operates a variety of food and beverage outlets such as restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and catering for events, all designed to provide memorable culinary experiences for our diverse clientele. We emphasize teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction as the cornerstones of our business, creating an environment where employees can thrive and grow professionally in the hospitality industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef/Beverage Operations Manager to take a leadership role in overseeing all dining and beverage operations within our hotel. This critical position works in close partnership with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day management of food and beverage services while balancing hands-on leadership with strategic financial and operational oversight. The Executive Chef/Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all food and beverage teams, maintaining compliance with Marriott brand standards and health regulations, driving budget management and cost controls, and enhancing guest satisfaction through high service standards. This role demands a versatile professional able to lead diverse culinary teams across multiple outlets, support group events and catering functions, and coordinate collaboratively with various departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This full-time role offers the opportunity to influence the overall dining and beverage operations within a respected hotel brand, contributing significantly to both guest delight and business success. Candidates with prior branded-hotel experience and a passion for service excellence will find this an exciting opportunity to advance their career in food and beverage management.
