The establishment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations. This full-time position requires managing staff, including bartenders and, potentially, team members and kitchen staff, ensuring a clean, inviting atmosphere, and maintaining control over inventory and profitability.
The Bar Manager plays a crucial role in curating the beverage menu and purchasing liquor and supplies, maintaining bar profit and margins while upholding Bojangles' standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include developing cocktail menus and recipes, overseeing inventory management, and planning special events when needed. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of motivating and coaching team members to exceed guest expectations consistently.

Job Requirements
- Experience managing a team and leading others to achieve desired results
- Food safety knowledge and willingness to certify
- Control labor food and cash according to procedures
- Help develop team members to improve performance and earnings
- Complete daily inventories
- Complete daily sales report drawer counts compile and deliver deposits
- Breakfast and drive-thru experience is a plus
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Previous management experience required
- United States work authorization required
