This role is primarily focused on customer order fulfillment and product handling in a retail environment. The position entails picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with high accuracy and timeliness while maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas. The associate delivers excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, addressing customer inquiries, and connecting customers with appropriate associates when necessary. Operators must be certified to use powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and narrow aisle reach trucks, adhering strictly to safety regulations. Additionally, the role supports inventory accuracy through the use of technological tools, compliance with inventory management systems, and collaboration with leadership to resolve discrepancies such as short picks.

Administrative and maintenance tasks also form part of the daily responsibilities, including conducting audits, following up on orders, managing personal lockers, and reporting any safety or theft concerns promptly. The role demands a strong customer-first mindset, effective communication, and teamwork skills to ensure all daily duties are completed efficiently and safely. Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $17.70 per hour, with a starting rate dependent on factors such as job location, education, training, and experience.
