We are seeking a committed Full-Time Hybrid Fulfillment & Events Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This key role bridges the gap between our roastery packaging operations and dynamic Allegiant Stadium activations. The Coordinator will ensure that all finished goods are packaged accurately and efficiently staged, while also overseeing the seamless execution of stadium events that uphold the hospitality standards and brand reputation of Mothership Coffee Roasters. This unique position is perfect for someone who thrives both in structured, detail-oriented environments and fast-paced, high-visibility event settings.
As the Fulfillment & Events Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the success of daily packaging workflows and large-scale event activations. Responsibilities include meticulously packaging roasted coffee and cold brew following production specifications, labeling products with critical information such as roast dates and allergen data, and organizing transfers for cafes, wholesale clients, and stadium orders. Your operational awareness will ensure adherence to freshness standards like FIFO rotation, maintenance of inventory levels, and clear communication of restock needs.
Your support extends to coordinating every aspect of Allegiant Stadium events, from preparation through execution. This involves confirming order quantities, delivery timelines, and logistics with internal teams, maintaining event calendars, managing service schedules, verifying staging completeness before departure, and supporting menu accuracy and compliance with labeling standards. You will represent Mothership Coffee Roasters professionally in public-facing scenarios during stadium activations, playing a critical role in reinforcing our brand's reputation for quality and hospitality.
This position demands a high level of ownership and adaptability, with expectations to manage and anticipate multiple moving priorities simultaneously. The Hybrid nature of the role requires flexibility to work in both the roastery environment and the stadium, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days. You will actively contribute to maintaining documentation such as order summaries, invoices, and event reports, assisting with signage and activation setup materials, and coordinating delivery staging and logistics support as needed.

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in fulfillment, production, logistics coordination, hospitality operations, or event execution preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage timelines across multiple workflows
- Comfortable working in both production and live-event environments
- Strong communication across cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license required
- Schedule flexibility including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Experience supporting large venue operations preferred
- Familiarity with food safety handling standards preferred
