Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience of fueling operations
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in fueling operations
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of FAA, MWAA, OSHA regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to lead and train a team
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Duties

  • Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products
  • Supervise fueling staff
  • Maintain the daily fueling operations
  • Coordinate the activity with lead-fueler and fuelers in performing into plane and ground equipment fueling services
  • Disseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activities
  • Make spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization in an ever-changing workflow
  • Ensure compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA, and OSHA procedures, rules and regulations
  • Assist in the training process of all newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers, and supervisors
  • Account for fuel dispersals and receipts
  • Interface with airlines shift management personnel to implement expansion as operational requirements dictate
  • Work with airport operations personnel to ensure all safety and security guidelines are adhered to
  • Participate in airlines audit
  • Perform inoperative gauge procedures as necessary
  • Implement monthly communication, safety, and staff meetings
  • Complete accident/incident investigation and all associated paperwork as necessary
  • Implement daily tailgate meeting
  • Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor and or listed in GPPM Supplement
