- 1-3 years experience of fueling operations
- Experience in a supervisory role

- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of FAA, MWAA, OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Job Duties
- Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products
- Supervise fueling staff
- Maintain the daily fueling operations
- Coordinate the activity with lead-fueler and fuelers in performing into plane and ground equipment fueling services
- Disseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activities
- Make spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization in an ever-changing workflow
- Ensure compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA, and OSHA procedures, rules and regulations
- Assist in the training process of all newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers, and supervisors
- Account for fuel dispersals and receipts
- Interface with airlines shift management personnel to implement expansion as operational requirements dictate
- Work with airport operations personnel to ensure all safety and security guidelines are adhered to
- Participate in airlines audit
- Perform inoperative gauge procedures as necessary
- Implement monthly communication, safety, and staff meetings
- Complete accident/incident investigation and all associated paperwork as necessary
- Implement daily tailgate meeting
- Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor and or listed in GPPM Supplement
