Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-3 years fueling operations experience preferred
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Must be computer literate and able to learn relevant software applications
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write clear reports
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of fueling operations experience preferred
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Prior airline experience is desirable
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with ability to use Sabre and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operational and procedural manuals
- Ability to write clear reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively in front of groups including airline customers and airport authorities
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Minimum one-year certificate from university, college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- Maintain good situational awareness of airline and fueling operations, policies and procedures and provide continuous operational updates to leadership and fueling personnel
- Maintain professional coordination and communication with airlines, airport operations, flight control, and fueling department personnel
- Assist in developing operational and contingency plans for optimal use of company equipment and resources in support of airline schedules
- Coordinate and communicate problem-solving plans with managers, supervisors, and airline personnel
- Monitor technological systems including Flight Status Monitors, weather and air traffic control advisories and evaluate their impact on fueling operations
- Maintain appropriate logs and documentation including daily shift reports and fueling delay recaps
- Coordinate emergency and significant event notifications ensuring regulatory officials are informed and documentation is completed
