Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in fueling operations preferred
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be computer literate and able to learn Sabre and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operational, and procedural documents
- Ability to write clear and concise reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups such as airline customers, fueling company personnel, and airport authority
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in fueling operations preferred
- Prior airline experience desirable
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with ability to use or learn Sabre, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operational, and procedural manuals
- Ability to write clear, concise reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups including airline customers, fueling personnel, and airport authorities
- High school diploma with at least one-year certificate from university, college, or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience or equivalent combination
Job Duties
- Maintain good situational awareness of airline and company fueling operations, policies, and procedures
- Provide continuous dissemination of pertinent operational information and timely updates to field leadership and fueling personnel
- Maintain professional contact and coordination with airlines, airport operations, flight control, and fueling departments
- Assist with development of ongoing operational and contingency plans for optimal equipment and resource utilization
- Coordinate and communicate operational problem-solving options with company managers and airline personnel
- Monitor technological systems such as Flight Status Monitor, weather, and air traffic advisories, and assess their impact on operational plans
- Maintain logs and documentation for problem anticipation, evaluation, and accurate reporting
- Complete daily shift reports on flight irregularities and fueling delays
- Coordinate implementation of emergency and significant event notification systems
- Ensure timely notification of regulatory officials and proper documentation
- Assist in physical ramp and fueling operations as required
