Job Description
TravelCenters of America (TA) is a renowned travel center operator with more than 50 years of experience serving millions of professional truck drivers and motorists across the United States. Established as a trusted provider of essential services such as fuel, food, truck maintenance, and a variety of retail products, TA has grown into a comprehensive network of travel centers strategically located nationwide. The company is driven by a dedicated team passionate about delivering exceptional service while embracing cutting-edge technology and pioneering alternative energy and sustainability initiatives. Headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, TA fosters a collaborative work culture where every team member is regarded as a stakeholder in the companys ongoing success. This inclusive environment offers a wealth of career growth opportunities for motivated individuals eager to contribute their ideas, develop professionally, and help shape the future of the organization.
The Customer Service Parking Attendant role at TravelCenters of America plays an integral part in upholding TA's commitment to exceptional customer experience. The position centers on facilitating a seamless parking process for professional drivers enrolled in the Reserve-It parking program. Beyond directing arrivals and providing parking assistance, attendants offer general information and maintain a welcoming and orderly environment so travelers enjoy their time on-site. When not actively supporting Reserve-It services, they ensure the cleanliness and safety of parking lots and fuel islands. Working in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere focused on customer satisfaction, attendants prioritize their tasks based on management and customer needs, adhere strictly to safety protocols, and communicate effectively with both coworkers and leadership. This role demands a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, flexibility in scheduling—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and a valid drivers license. TA values diversity and inclusion and offers competitive pay reflective of the role's responsibilities and relevant experience. By joining TA, employees become part of a legacy dedicated to returning every traveler to the road better than they came, supported by extensive benefits and career advancement pathways.
