Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in aviation logistics or customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A proactive can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and building customer relationships
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and thrive under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • A valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in aviation logistics or customer service

  • A valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally
  • Knowledge of aviation fuel markets commercial business or military
  • Familiarity with aircraft types and global airport operations
  • Experience with Oracle systems
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Strong grasp of world geography

Job Duties

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for global customers handling calls emails and urgent fuel requests with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate fuel arrangements for scheduled and ad-hoc flights worldwide issuing sales orders and liaising with suppliers and airport contacts
  • Respond to pricing inquiries and manage small customer accounts to grow volume and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams Sales Credit Collections Supply Billing to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on global fuel shortages and operational updates
  • Support sales efforts with quoting and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers across cultures and time zones
  • Represent WFS at trade shows customer visits and potentially work from international offices for short-term assignments
