Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in aviation logistics or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A proactive can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and building customer relationships
- Ability to multitask prioritize and thrive under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- A valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally

- Familiarity with aircraft types and global airport operations
- Experience with Oracle systems
- Fluency in additional languages
- Strong grasp of world geography
Job Duties
- Serve as a primary point of contact for global customers handling calls emails and urgent fuel requests with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate fuel arrangements for scheduled and ad-hoc flights worldwide issuing sales orders and liaising with suppliers and airport contacts
- Respond to pricing inquiries and manage small customer accounts to grow volume and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams Sales Credit Collections Supply Billing to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and report on global fuel shortages and operational updates
- Support sales efforts with quoting and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers across cultures and time zones
- Represent WFS at trade shows customer visits and potentially work from international offices for short-term assignments
