Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or related field is preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- able to lift moderate weight
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to comply with pre-employment drug test and background check
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- knowledge of pool chemicals and safety regulations is a plus
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure a safe and clean environment around the pool area
- transport soiled towels to the laundry area
- sort and fold clean towels
- provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- follow pool safety and chemical handling regulations
- work cooperatively with the team
- monitor pool area for guest safety and comfort
