Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
  • previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with electronic medical records systems
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
  • longevity in past roles

  • handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • assist with insurance verification and billing processes
  • ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
