Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
- previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
- longevity in past roles

- assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
