Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
Ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee types and preparation techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to company recipes and customer specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and equipment
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Operate coffee machines and other related equipment efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in training new baristas and supporting team members as required
