The role available at Boyd Gaming is focused on providing outstanding guest service in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas by greeting guests promptly and serving beverages with a friendly and courteous attitude. Servers must circulate throughout their assigned stations, taking orders accurately, carrying and balancing trays filled with beverages, and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities also include computing charges, maintaining an accurate cash bank, and adhering to company policies regarding complimentary beverages. The position's schedule includes shifts predominantly from Friday to Monday and Thursdays, offering a consistent work routine. The role requires excellent customer service skills, physical endurance for walking during shifts, and the ability to carry trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
