Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage role preferred
- Ability to prepare and serve coffee and alcoholic beverages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Capability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of coffee and alcoholic beverage preparation
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Job Duties
- Warmly greets guests as they arrive at the lobby cafe
- Actively promotes featured drinks and food items using effective upselling techniques
- Prepares specialty and brand-specific coffee beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Accurately mixes and serves a variety of beverages following standardized recipes
- Sets up and maintains a clean, well-stocked, and organized work area including the bar and back bar
- Observes guest behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and alerts management when necessary
- Checks guest identification and complies with all local and state alcohol laws and regulations
- Monitors inventory levels and completes requisition forms accurately
- Manages cash handling duties, secures cash bank, records transactions, and balances register
- Responds promptly and positively to guest requests, ensuring follow-up
- Maintains a polished and professional appearance following grooming and dress code standards
- Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
