Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in resort fine dining or professional kitchen environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated strong culinary skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for both day and night shifts including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a resort fine dining or professional kitchen setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong culinary skills time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for both day and night shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with standardized recipes ensuring consistency in portion size quality and presentation
- Practice proper knife skills and utilize standard cooking tools with efficiency and safety
- Complete daily prep tasks and ensure readiness for the following days operations
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low-stock items assist with receiving deliveries and conducting inventory counts
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen in accordance with local health regulations and company standards
- Report any unsafe conditions equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisor immediately
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with dishwashing or other tasks as needed
