Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in resort fine dining or professional kitchen environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrated strong culinary skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for both day and night shifts including weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a resort fine dining or professional kitchen setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong culinary skills time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available for both day and night shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals in accordance with standardized recipes ensuring consistency in portion size quality and presentation
  • Practice proper knife skills and utilize standard cooking tools with efficiency and safety
  • Complete daily prep tasks and ensure readiness for the following days operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low-stock items assist with receiving deliveries and conducting inventory counts
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen in accordance with local health regulations and company standards
  • Report any unsafe conditions equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisor immediately
  • Support kitchen operations by assisting with dishwashing or other tasks as needed
