The Completions & Wellbore Intervention (CWI) Team at Baker Hughes plays a crucial role in supporting customers and onsite operators to optimize well performance. As part of this team, the Field Specialist - Fishing Services, also known under the internal title FIELD SPEC III - INT, is a pivotal position dedicated to ensuring flawless execution of fishing operations at the wellsite. This role emphasizes the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) priorities, alongside delivering technical expertise in Through Tubing Fishing and Conventional Fishing product lines. The Field Specialist provides on-site guidance, adapts to changing job scopes, manages necessary documentation, and maintains communication with office teams regarding material needs and operational adjustments.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years oilfield experience specifically in Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing
- Proven field installation experience
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with office and onsite teams
- Commitment to HS&E protocols
- Willingness to adapt to job scope changes and operational needs
Job Qualifications
- Previous oilfield experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years exposure to Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines
- Previous field installation experience
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED
- Coil Tubing experience
- Downhole tool experience
- Frac plug millout experience
- Downhole motor experience
- Cased Hole Fishing experience
Job Duties
- Ensuring HS&E as the number one priority
- Delivering flawless execution at the wellsite
- Completing all required documentation and submitting end of well files upon completion of field installations
- Informing office of any changes in job scope and additional materials that may be required
