Job Duties
- manage yields and quality ensuring each order of fries are properly sized and standing tall
- manage the quality of each order of fries by controlling levels in a manner that allow for proper cook and serving times
- manage levels of available product
- manage the grease levels and quality
- maintain a safe sanitized and high functioning fry station
