Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential to support the park’s operational needs.
This position is part of the broader Frontline Host team, where collaboration and coordination with other team members and leadership ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. Physical stamina is important in this role, given the constant standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities required. The Cabana Host will also uphold safety and hygiene standards by ensuring all food handling protocols and cleanliness routines are meticulously followed.
Compensation for this role is set at $17.50 per hour, reflecting the responsibility and guest-facing nature of the position within a globally recognized entertainment company. Being part of LEGOLAND California Resort means joining a vibrant workplace with opportunities for personal growth and advancement, supported by Merlin Entertainments’ commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee development. Joining the LEGOLAND California Resort Cabana Team offers a chance to be part of a unique and fun atmosphere where creativity and guest satisfaction are paramount. Employees benefit from a range of excellent perks including comprehensive healthcare options, paid time off for rest and adventure, exclusive access to parks through the Merlin Magic Pass, and various recognition and reward programs. Merlin Entertainments also supports continuous learning through tuition reimbursement and advancement opportunities.
Overall, this role is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with people, has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and seeks employment in a lively, family-friendly theme park setting. It is not only a job but a gateway to being part of a global entertainment brand dedicated to making everyday magical for visitors and employees alike.
