Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • clean driving record
  • ability to lift heavy luggage
  • availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • transport guest vehicles to and from the parking structure promptly and courteously
  • escort and transport luggage for arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • control traffic around the front entrance to ensure safety and order
  • acquaint each guest with hotel and room features and services
  • maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times
