Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience required
ability to perform wine service professionally and engage members
intermediate knowledge of dining service etiquette
experience with point of sale systems
availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays and special events
2+ years of serving experience preferred
fine dining experience preferred
professional and courteous attitude

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required
ability to do wine service at table side while maintaining professionalism and engaging in conversation with members
intermediate knowledge of service styles and etiquette including appropriate table settings and sequence of service
must have previous knowledge on a point of sale system (POS)
must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays and special events
2+ years of serving experience preferred
fine dining experience preferred
possess a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with all departments and members

Job Duties

Assist members by placing food and drink orders
provide information about daily specials
oversee ongoing table maintenance
respond to member inquiries about food preparation, cocktails, courses, and chef specialties
identify members' special dietary needs and special requests in the POS
keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression in the POS
run food from the expo line to tables and bar
maintain table settings by removing completed courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling water glasses
ensure that members are completely satisfied with the food served
accurately charge members for items purchased
prepare room for dining by polishing silver, setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
