The Camby, Autograph Collection, located in Phoenix, Arizona, is a boutique luxury hotel known for its upscale design, vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional guest services. Owned and operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, this hotel is part of the esteemed Autograph Collection under Marriott International. However, it is important to note that employment at The Camby is directly with the franchisee Davidson Hospitality Group, which maintains control over all employment policies, including hiring and compensation. The Camby caters to a clientele looking for unique and memorable experiences, blending modern style with personalized service, and serving as a leader in the Phoenix hospitality scene. The hotel promotes a creative and innovative culture, striving to deliver outstanding guest experiences while offering employees a stylish workplace where they can develop and showcase their talents.
The Front Desk Supervisor role at The Camby is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in customer-focused environments and possess strong leadership capabilities. This full-time, non-management position is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of front desk services including guest check-in and check-out, reservation accuracy, and handling guest inquiries and requests. The Front Desk Supervisor leads the front desk team by providing motivation, training, and guidance to uphold service excellence. In this position, the individual will serve as a key point of contact across departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest satisfaction. The role requires high energy and professionalism to maintain an organized front desk area, ensure compliance with hotel policies, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment. The Camby values team members who are proactive, flexible with scheduling including nights and weekends, and adept with strong computer skills. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team within a boutique luxury hotel that emphasizes employee growth, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest stays. By joining The Camby, you become part of the prestigious Autograph Collection, which is recognized for its unique and high-quality hotels that appeal to travelers seeking refinement and individuality.
