Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners professionally
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling and visitor logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail, packages, and emails
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
