Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant administrative or support roles
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • high attention to detail
  • ability to handle confidential information
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work 100% in-office
  • comfortable interacting with team members, visitors, management, and vendors

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, or safety support roles
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel

  • ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to handle sensitive documents confidentially

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • ensure sign-in procedures are followed
  • answer incoming calls and direct appropriately
  • maintain lobby and coordinate breakroom supply orders
  • perform general clerical duties including sorting mail, package intake, copying, scanning, organizing FedEx mailing, and providing correspondence support
  • order and track office, cleaning, and branded supplies including PPE
  • support coordination of events and meetings
  • collect and track documentation for driver files
  • conduct annual reviews to ensure compliance
  • prepare and submit annual reporting forms for Bureau of Workers Compensation and Department of Labor
  • support claims intake, tracking, and reporting for workers' compensation and property damage
  • organize and maintain claim documentation
  • create and distribute safety KPI reports
  • assist in safety data gathering
  • stay updated on relevant local, state, and federal laws regarding insurance and workers' compensation
