Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Must have extraordinary customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • 2 years of experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide superior customer service to our external and internal customers, visitors, vendors, and other guests while either in person, over the phone, or via email
  • Facilitate and foster new and existing relationships with our clients
  • Address all inquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Support the accounting, billing, marketing, purchasing and other departments as needed
  • Perform all tasks assigned including, but not limited to, data entry, processing, and monitoring of
  • Answering and transferring calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and maintaining compliance with building access and security protocols
  • Process and support various accounting transactions
  • Maintain office supplies, filing systems, company phone list, safety protocol lists, and ensuring the front office remains organized and professional
