- minimum of 2 years experience in front office supervisory role
- flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- familiarity with front office systems and procedures

Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years experience in a front office supervisory role
- experience in upper upscale or luxury hotel environment preferred
- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- advanced knowledge of front office operations
- strong leadership skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
Job Duties
- supervise front office night operations
- manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve guest issues
- oversee nightly financial transactions and reporting
- train and mentor front office staff
- ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols
- handle guest complaints with professionalism
- maintain communication and smooth workflow during night shifts
