Job Duties

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with positive guest relations
  • Greet and communicate cordially with guests
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel promptly and professionally
  • Ensure proper staffing levels by interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front office associates
  • Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Manage guest resolution process including investigation and problem-solving
  • Accurately operate the MICROS system for all daily front office transactions
