Job Requirements
- minimum two years experience working in a front office supervisory role
- knowledge of front office operations
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- passion for guest service
- ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- post-secondary education preferred
