Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, hotel administration, business or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience on night audit
- Minimum 2 years experience in front desk operations
- Minimum 1 year experience in either direct sales or retail trade
- Ability to speak and hear in English
- Close and distance vision
- Frequently lifts or carries up to 25 lbs
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bimanual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Ability to work continually in normal office conditions and close proximity to others

Job Duties
- Supervise Front Desk staff including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training, and development
- Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy
- Maintain standards of guest service quality and contribute to profitability and guest satisfaction
- Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to guest services
- Develop short and long-term financial and operational plans for the guest service department
- Manage reservation function to maintain highest room occupancy and average daily rate through suggestive selling
- Maintain procedures for credit control, handling of financial transactions, guest security and emergency procedures
- Receive departmentalrelated guest complaints and ensure corrective action
- Ensure staff uses guest interaction skills and reward employees who meet or exceed guest expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
