Job Duties

  • supervise and train front office personnel
  • interview and cross-train administrative employees
  • coordinate and supervise employee schedules and workloads
  • communicate with other hotel departments to share information
  • enforce cash handling, check cashing, and credit policies
  • verify bank deposits and complete credit limit reports
  • operate hotel software for reporting and analysis
  • monitor daily status, rate variances, and room occupancy
  • maintain filing system for documentation and performance reports
  • manage guest requests and feedback
  • ensure office is well maintained and operational
