Job Requirements

  • Previous front office management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Mathematical competence
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Computer literacy including property management systems
  • Ability to manage schedules flexibly

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous front office supervisor or management experience
  • High school graduate, some college
  • Ability to communicate in English with guests, management, co-workers, and vendors
  • Ability to accurately compute and manipulate mathematical calculations
  • Previous experience in cash handling
  • Computer knowledge in Windows environment and proficiency in property management systems
  • Experience with cost controls and yield management
  • Ability to work varying schedules
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • College degree (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate in a second language (desirable)
  • Management experience at a 3-diamond hotel (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Autoclerk and Opera systems (desirable)

Job Duties

  • Direct the daily operations of the front office staff
  • Provide support, training, and tools to front office staff
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold Haiyi Hotels mission
  • Manage scheduling and duty assignments for front office employees
  • Oversee cash handling and financial procedures
  • Utilize property management systems for operational efficiency
  • Implement cost controls and yield management strategies
