Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout hotel function areas
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Occasional twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, and walking
  • Frequent talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience
  • Two to three years of experience in a related hotel company position
  • Supervisory experience in hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Knowledge of general office equipment and cash register operation
  • Ability to handle cash or credit transactions

Job Duties

  • Coordinate front desk activities and manage overall operations
  • Resolve guest complaints, inquiries, and special requests
  • Train and supervise front office staff
  • Recruit, interview, and select front desk personnel
  • Prepare staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and address deficiencies
  • Manage daily revenue, expenses, and inventory through property management systems
