The Front Office Manager position at Driftwood Hospitality Management is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all functions of the front desk operations within the hotel. This role demands a dynamic leader who can coordinate front office activities efficiently while ensuring outstanding guest services. As a Front Office Manager, you will act as the manager on duty when called upon and will work in close partnership with the General Manager to ensure that the hotel's front desk runs smoothly and guest satisfaction scores continuously improve. Your primary focus will involve managing front desk personnel, handling guest complaints or unusual requests in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on management, including recruiting and training staff, scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and enforcing company policies regarding appearance and service standards. You will also be involved in monitoring daily revenue and expenses to help maximize profitability while maintaining the highest service standards. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience
- Two to three years of experience in a related hotel company position
- Supervisory experience in hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of general office equipment and cash register operation
- Ability to handle cash or credit transactions
Job Duties
- Coordinate front desk activities and manage overall operations
