Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or business
  • Minimum two years supervisory or management experience in Rooms Division
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
  • Physical capability to perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, twisting and occasional lifting
  • Availability to participate in Manager on Duty and Lobby Greeter programs on weekends
  • Commitment to uphold Trump Hotels standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four-year college degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business
  • At least two years combined experience in supervisory or management role within Rooms Division
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience controlling costs, productivity, and team engagement
  • CPR certification or first aid training preferred
  • Additional language skills strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Manages front office operations to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Oversees front desk, reservations, and guest services staff including interviewing, training, and evaluating employees
  • Prepares and analyzes financial reports such as rate and availability calendars
  • Implements daily training and service shops to maintain Forbes Five Star standards
  • Addresses guest concerns and emergencies with discretion and good judgment
  • Conducts daily forecasting of arrivals and departures
  • Participates in leadership meetings and supports department initiatives
  • Manages scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control for front office
  • Encourages team spirit and effective communication within the department
