The position available is for a Front Office Manager, a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all front office operations to ensure both profitability and exemplary service quality. This role is crucial in managing the daily functions of the front office department including front desk, reservations, guest services, and PBX operations. The manager is tasked with controlling costs, managing inventory and supplies, scheduling staff, forecasting occupancy and revenue, as well as budgeting to maximize revenue potential.
The Front Office Manager plays a direct supervisory role by interviewing, training, counseling, and evaluating front office staff to uphold the stringent standards set forth by the Trump brand. A key part of this role involves the preparation and analysis of financial reports such as rate availability calendars and performance metrics to support decision-making and operational improvements. This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership to inspire a cohesive team spirit and drive a service culture that aligns with Forbes Five Star guest experience expectations.
Proactive and effective communication is essential, as the manager must provide clear direction to front office and guest service personnel while fostering an environment of continuous learning through daily training sessions and service meetings. The role also involves active participation in leadership meetings, contributing insights and ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.

Proficiency in managing key performance indicators such as productivity, cost control, and team engagement levels is expected. This position requires a minimum of two years supervisory or management experience within a Rooms Division of a luxury hotel, supported by a four-year college degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business. Additional qualifications such as CPR certification and multilingual abilities are preferred but not mandatory.
The role requires physical activities including frequent walking, standing, stooping, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or business
- Minimum two years supervisory or management experience in Rooms Division
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
- Physical capability to perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, twisting and occasional lifting
- Availability to participate in Manager on Duty and Lobby Greeter programs on weekends
- Commitment to uphold Trump Hotels standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four-year college degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business
- At least two years combined experience in supervisory or management role within Rooms Division
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
