Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in front office or hospitality management
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and company-issued software programs
- ability to apply reasoning to carry out written and oral instructions
- basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- capability to interpret business records and reports
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to work indoors with sometimes stressful and fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours and handle interruptions
- commitment to maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in front office or hospitality management
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software programs

- knowledge of cash handling and credit policies
- experience with staff training and scheduling
- ability to maintain professional appearance and enforce uniform standards
Job Duties
- Participates in the selection of front office personnel
- trains, cross-trains, and retrains all front office personnel
- schedules the front office staff
- supervises workloads during shifts
- evaluates the job performance of each front office employee
- maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments
- maintains master key control
- verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
- resolves guest related problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- updates group information and prepares group requirements
- reviews and completes credit limit report
- works within the allotted budget for the front office
- receives information from the previous shift manager and passes on pertinent details to the oncoming manager
- checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift
- enforces all cash handling, check cashing, and credit policies
- conducts regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel
- wears the proper uniform at all times and requires all front office employees to do the same
- upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality
