We are currently seeking a warm, energetic, and service-driven Front Desk Host to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for guests, this role is pivotal in shaping the guest experience from the moment they enter the hotel. The Front Desk Host will be responsible for greeting guests with genuine enthusiasm, managing check-in and check-out procedures seamlessly, and handling inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about hospitality.

Beyond administrative tasks, the Front Desk Host at Andaz San Diego enhances the guest journey by offering personalized recommendations on local dining, nightlife, events, and hidden gems within the Gaslamp Quarter, thereby enriching the overall stay. The host also collaborates closely with housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage teams to ensure smooth daily operations and maintains a polished, inviting lobby atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s vibrant brand culture. Safety, security, and confidentiality standards are upheld at all times, underlining the position’s responsibility for guest and hotel well-being.

This is a part-time position offering an hourly rate of $23.81, with preferred availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
