This full-time position requires flexibility with shift coverage, including early morning, afternoon, weekend, and holiday hours. The hourly wage is $22.67, with eligibility for overtime, shift differentials, and additional incentive awards such as tips and commissions.

The Front Office Host will handle guest registrations, communicate hotel services and promotions, and coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards and meet guest needs. This role demands a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. Hyatt values its associates by offering comprehensive health benefits after just 30 days, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees also enjoy various perks such as free and discounted room nights, discounts on food and beverage, and exclusive savings on technology and wellness products. Work-life balance is supported with paid time off and new child leave, alongside retirement benefits like a 401(k) plan with company matching and an employee stock purchase program. Opportunities for career advancement are abundant through tuition reimbursement and robust training programs. Hyatt also provides everyday conveniences such as complimentary meals for employees.

Joining Hyatt means becoming part of a culture that prioritizes empathy, growth, and collaboration. If you have experience in hospitality or a keen interest in front desk or hotel clerk roles, this position offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career while contributing to a brand known for redefining hospitality through care and compassion. Whether you are managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, or working with housekeeping to prepare rooms, your efforts will enhance the guest experience and uphold Hyatt’s high standards.
