- Handle the guest registration process ensuring a seamless and welcoming check-in and check-out experience
- Communicate hotel services amenities and current promotions with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Process various forms of payment with efficiency and attention to detail
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally delivering tailored solutions and support
- Foster casual conversations with guests enhancing their connection to our hotel and brand
- Represent the hotel as the face of our Front Office team embodying hospitality at its finest
