Job Duties
- Provide guidance and leadership to Guest Services Agents
- Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations
- Manage daily workload and assignments
- Provide training and coaching to staff
- Ensure proper check-in/out procedures and accurate guest billing
- Adhere to accounting and cashiering practices
- Process various forms of guest payments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts within authority
- Maintain guest service standards and communicate with other departments
- Provide concierge assistance and related reservations
- Notify management of unusual events and safety concerns
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Report to work on time and maintain professional appearance
- Maintain room inventory and optimize room revenue
- Perform essential functions of Guest Services Agent as needed
- Report unsafe conditions and maintenance needs
