Job Description

Steven Camp MD Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics is a dedicated plastic surgery practice located in Fort Worth, Texas, led by Dr. Steven Camp and his team. The practice is deeply committed to creating a positive and exceptional patient experience from the very first contact. This commitment is embodied in their unique philosophy encapsulated by the hashtag #HappyCamper, representing honest, open, and collaborative relationships with both women and men who trust the team to provide top-tier aesthetic care. This esteemed practice is widely recognized for its comprehensive approach, blending plastic surgery with nonsurgical aesthetic treatments, delivered in a warm, professional, and patient-centered environment.

The position available is for a Front Office Coordinator, a vital role ensuring every patient interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. This role is primarily responsible for managing a high volume of new patient calls, emails, and web inquiries each month. Beyond administrative tasks, the coordinator develops an in-depth knowledge of the practice’s offerings, including advanced skincare products, nonsurgical treatments, and surgical procedures. This knowledge enables the coordinator to confidently guide and educate patients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. The onboarding period includes dedicated training and education, empowering the new hire with expertise in a variety of aesthetic treatments, such as Sciton laser treatments, SkinPen microneedling, Hydrafacial and DiamondGlow facials, injectables, dermaplaning, chemical peels, medical-grade skincare, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapies.

Working within Steven Camp MD Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics, the Front Office Coordinator becomes part of a clinical team that values continuous learning, autonomy, and innovation. The role requires strong communication skills to manage incoming calls, coordinate appointments, obtain treatment consents, handle patient payments, and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system. Additionally, the coordinator plays a key part in managing patient rewards programs and contributing to skincare product sales. The practice upholds core values that include providing the best possible patient experience, maintaining honesty and openness, embracing education, and cultivating a supportive and team-oriented culture. Employees are expected to embody the three A’s: Affable, Able, and Available, alongside attributes such as humility, hard work, kindness, and enthusiasm as a #HappyCamper.

This in-person position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed. The hourly pay range for this role is $23.00 to $27.00, reflecting the emphasis on both experience and customer service excellence. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, staff discounts on skincare and aesthetic treatments, and a supportive work environment encouraging professional growth. The practice strongly prefers candidates with a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two years of customer service or patient-facing experience, strong computer proficiency, a typing speed of 50+ WPM, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with a positive, friendly presence that enhances the patient journey from start to finish.
