Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of front desk, customer service, or patient-facing experience
- Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking throughout the day
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of front desk, customer service, or patient-facing experience
- Strong math and financial accuracy skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Previous experience in aesthetics, medical office, or sales preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
Job Duties
- Check patients in and out of appointments
- Obtain treatment consents and complete documentation
- Create invoices and collect payments
- Answer and manage all incoming phone calls
- Manage new patient inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Manage patient rewards programs and coupons
- Educate patients on skincare products and contribute to skincare sales
- Enter new patient information into our EMR system
