The Front Office Coordinator role at Infinity Sedation Dentistry is a vital position that serves as the face and voice of the practice. This role is instrumental in shaping each patient's experience, beginning from the initial phone call through to ongoing communication and care coordination. The successful candidate for this role will be organized, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with ease. Beyond managing daily administrative tasks like answering calls and checking in patients, the Front Office Coordinator builds meaningful relationships, solves issues efficiently, and contributes to the smooth operation of the practice on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, managing phone lines, scheduling and coordinating appointments to optimize provider productivity, verifying insurance benefits, processing billing and payments, and ensuring accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend software. The Front Office Coordinator will also work closely with the clinical team to maintain seamless patient flow and identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
