The role available is for a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist, a full-time position that plays a vital role as the initial point of contact for patients visiting Cool Smiles Orthodontics. This position requires a reliable, personable individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base. The receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including greeting patients warmly, handling appointment scheduling, addressing inquiries, and ensuring administrative accuracy and efficiency. The role operates during standard office hours from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and slightly earlier on Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The compensation for this position ranges between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. Job Duties
- Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival and dismissal
- address patient inquiries and concerns in accordance with company policies
- manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- maintain and update appointment book
- confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations
- register patients and ensure accurate chart filing
- handle cash transactions with precision
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area
- support strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and patient growth
- perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager or PDM
