Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- availability to work Monday through Thursday afternoons and evenings
- willingness to work weekends as needed

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in administrative or customer service roles
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- familiarity with music education or interest in music preferred
- proficiency with scheduling and office management software
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Coordinate daily administrative operations of the music school
- manage scheduling and calendar appointments
- provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and prospective customers
- assist the General Manager with operational tasks
- process registrations and handle inquiries
- maintain accurate records and communication
- foster a positive and welcoming environment for the school community
