Job Requirements
- Able to adhere to the AFW asset protection policies and identify and prevent fraud
- Professional appearance
- Knowledge of company values of accountability, honesty and safety
- Positive attitude with strong inter-personal skills
- Coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments
- Ability to apply technology including iPads, Storis, Excel and Windows
- Capable of long periods of sitting and standing
- Comfortable working on concrete flooring
- Exposure to fluorescent lighting
- Continuous use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs and back
- Able to lift, grip, bend, kneel, stoop and move for 8 or more hours daily
- Physical ability to stand, walk and handle moderate weight materials (8-50 pounds)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Ability to assist in resolving basic customer issues
- Skills to perform merchandise support tasks
- Basic internet navigation skills
- Basic reading, arithmetic, writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to respond to public address announcements
- Ability to identify and use merchandise, reports, tickets and UPC labels
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at the cash register
- Complete sales and service transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues on the sales floor
- Coordinate with multiple departments to improve processes and efficiency
- Use technology such as iPads, Storis software, Excel, and Windows to facilitate transactions
- Educate customers and staff on company policies, including the Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy
- Assist in merchandise support tasks such as maintenance and straightening merchandise
