The role of Front Office Associate at Ideal Dental is central to the patient experience and the smooth daily operation of the dental offices. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or front office role preferred

  • Proficiency with scheduling and appointment software preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel to newly acquired offices as needed
