Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or front office role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to work varied hours including potential Saturdays
- Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling software
