Job Description
Our private dental office, located in the vibrant Las Vegas, NV area, is a well-established healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care in a patient-friendly environment. We pride ourselves on combining professional dental expertise with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that ensures every patient’s visit is comfortable and positive. Our team is composed of skilled dental professionals who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive dental services, from routine check-ups and cleanings to more advanced treatments. We place high value on creating a supportive work culture where respect, teamwork, and ongoing learning are paramount. We believe this approach not only benefits our patients but also fosters a positive and rewarding workplace for our staff.
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and eager-to-learn Front Office Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. This full-time position reports for an hourly wage between $19 and $21, commensurate with experience, and includes additional monthly production-based bonus opportunities. The Front Office Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience from the moment they enter the dental office. The position demands excellent customer service skills, as the individual will greet patients, manage appointment scheduling, handle phone inquiries, verify dental insurance information, and collect payments efficiently. Emphasizing teamwork and communication, this role requires a candidate who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to maintaining an organized, friendly environment. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend is highly desired, and bilingual Spanish skills are considered a plus. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and retirement savings options through traditional and Roth 401(k) plans. This position offers a promising opportunity for growth and professional development within a supportive dental practice dedicated to community wellness and patient satisfaction.
