Job Requirements

  • One plus years of prior dental front office experience
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and treatment planning
  • Knowledge of EagleSoft software
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome patients as the first point of contact
  • Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations using EagleSoft software
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Collect and verify patient information including insurance details
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of patient records and treatment plans
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns effectively
